Innovation at the heart of the aspirations of the younger generation!

More and more students have a real project to create their own business. Their sensitivity to CSR is in line with the OMNES Education Group’s commitment to training citizens who are open to the world, and able to support companies and organizations in the transition to sustainability.

ESCE supports its students’ entrepreneurial projects, which have a positive impact, with the central aim of transforming their ideas into committed start-ups, capable of acting for the common good, while developing the entrepreneurial spirit!

Located at La Défense since the start of the 2022 academic year on a new, state-of-the-art Campus, ESCE has forged partnerships with key players: Paris Ouest La Défense (POLD), le Catalyseurthe largest fintech incubator in Greater Paris, PON Nugget The new program: a multitude of opportunities to develop and strengthen the school’s relations with companies, but also to benefit from a springboard for the emergence of new, committed ideas, and to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship.

Campus incubators to support projects

Projects are welcomed, supported and supervised at La FabriK Paris La Défense and Lyon, ESCE’s academic incubators for “For Good” projects. These incubators are part of the OMNES Education Group’s La FabriK incubator network.
They supervise our students’ business creation projects and put them in touch with companies, partners and alumni of the OMNES Education Group, to promote complementary skills, cultures, professional profiles and mutual enrichment.

Tailor-made support programs for students

With its three incubation programs integrated into the entire Grande Ecole program, open to Bachelor and MSc students, La FabriK offers personalized support, 230 m² friendly workspaces and exchanges, specialist speakers, the support of ESCE’s influential partner networks and much more! All these assets give our students every opportunity to develop their project and its positive impact.

Support programs are backed by mentoring and hours of expertise that can be used on an à la carte basis. They are offered by some thirty mentors belonging to the La FabriK network and drawn from the French and international entrepreneurial ecosystem, all mobilized to guide project leaders through the various stages of their development. They cover multiple topics: business model, Lean Startup, acquisition, growth marketing, scalability, tech & no code, communication, CRM, law, accounting, finance, personal development, management, HR, speaking….

Preparation

FabriK Project

Pour qui ? : les étudiants animés de l’envie d’entreprendre, ayant un projet, dans leur 1ere, 2ème, 3ème, 4ème année de cursus
Objectif : valider le duo problème-solution, acquérir le start-up mind-set, intégrer la dimension For Good
Comment ? : un accompagnement en mentoring pour confirmer le projet et valider la fibre entrepreneuriale, un soutien à l’étude de faisabilité pour préparer le MVP et l’approche du marché du projet avant de le lancer
Calendrier : une option, en complément de l’année d’études, à tout moment de l’année scolaire, pour une durée de 3 à 6 mois
Prérequis : l’envie de suivre le parcours en plus des exigences de l’année d’études (cours, mémoire, stage, alternance). Sélection par un jury.

Pre-incubation

La FabriK

Pour qui ? : les étudiants de l’ESCE décidés à entreprendre, les étudiants ESCE spé entrepreneuriat et innovation et faisant leur stage sur leur projet
Objectif : préparer la création de la start-up aux plans juridique et opérationnel : support technique, design produit, création de contenus, animation des communautés ciblées, concrétisation des engagements For Good
Comment ? : un parcours pour éprouver le projet et accompagner toutes les étapes préparant la mise sur le marché. Du mentoring et 42h d’expertises à la carte
Calendrier : à tout moment, en intégrant l’incubateur pour bénéficier du mentoring, d’un espace de travail connecté et de l’émulation entre projets pour une durée de 6 à 12 mois
Sélection : en 3 étapes (shakers) : « For Good shaker”, “Business Model shaker” et “Why & How shaker”.

Incubation

La Fabrik +

Pour qui ? : les étudiants diplômés (année 6) et décidés à poursuivre leur projet entrepreneurial
Objectif : accompagner les premiers pas de la start-up sur son marché, développer son activité et son impact For Good
Comment ? : un parcours pour accélérer le projet et accompagner toutes les étapes consolidant la mise sur le marché et la recherche de partenaires, la participation à des appels à projets, prix, challenges. Du mentoring, 42h d’expertise à la carte et une bourse de 3000 € pour couvrir les premières dépenses de la start-up
Calendrier : à tout moment, en intégrant l’incubateur pour bénéficier du mentoring, d’un espace de travail connecté et de l’émulation entre projets, pour une durée de 12 mois
Prérequis : avoir suivi au préalable le parcours La Fabrik et passé une nouvelle sélection par shakers.
