Erasmus+ at ESCE: how does it work?
How to participate
To participate, you must be enrolled in ESCE’s Grande École Program and meet certain academic criteria. These include maintaining a satisfactory grade point average and validating the necessary ECTS credits before departure. Each partner university may have specific requirements, such as a language level or particular academic prerequisites.
Preparing your file
Preparing your application is an essential part of the process. You’ll need to submit a CV and cover letter, as well as a recognized language certificate (e.g. TOEIC, IELTS or equivalent), if required. Some partner universities offer courses in English, enabling students to go abroad even if they don’t speak the local language.
Personalized support
ESCE’s International Relations Department is with you every step of the way. From helping you choose the partner university that best matches your objectives, to preparing your application and completing the administrative formalities, our team is there to guide you every step of the way. We’ll also help you find accommodation that suits your needs, so you can concentrate on your academic and professional experience abroad.
We ensure that the whole process is smooth, transparent and accessible, to maximize your chances of success and provide you with an enriching international experience.
Is Erasmus+ free?
The Erasmus+ program is not entirely free, but it is designed to be widely accessible, thanks to European subsidies that cover a significant part of the cost. This financial aid helps to reduce the costs associated with the stay, including accommodation, food and day-to-day expenses, to make international mobility possible for as many students as possible.
The Erasmus+ scholarship at ESCE :
ESCE students going on an academic exchange to a European university holding the Erasmus+ charter can benefit from an Erasmus grant. This grant is awarded according to criteria defined by the European Commission, to provide financial support for their stay abroad.
For students with disabilities, an additional subsidy may be granted to meet specific needs, whether for adapted equipment, personal assistance or other accommodations. This commitment to inclusion aims to guarantee international mobility under optimum conditions for all.
Thanks to these schemes, the Erasmus+ program is positioned as an accessible and inclusive opportunity, offering everyone the chance to enjoy an enriching experience in Europe, beyond financial or personal barriers.
