ESCE’s International Bachelor offers a 3-year professional training program, combining practical teaching with a strong international dimension. With 12 months of internships and the possibility of a 3rd year work-study program, the program prepares students to enter the job market quickly. Group projects and company case studies enable students to acquire skills that can be applied directly in the workplace, while developing a valuable network thanks to our numerous partners and our international alumni network.

The program offers a direct gateway to careers in international trade, finance, marketing and other key sectors, while opening the way to further study on the Master’s cycle.

ESCE’s International Bachelor program enables each student to personalize his or her career path according to his or her aspirations. Right from the 1st year, students can choose from a wide range of options, including Sport Management, Circular Economy and International Relations. In 3rd year, five professional specializations enable students to adapt to the specific needs of the market.

PROGRAM

  • 1st year: mastering the basics of management. The first year is dedicated to learning the fundamental concepts and essential tools of management. Classes take place on the Paris campus during both semesters, followed by a compulsory 2 to 3 month internship, in France or abroad, for a first professional experience.
  • 2nd year: developing an international perspective. This year focuses on multiculturalism and international relations. Students have the opportunity to gain international experience through university exchanges in London, Barcelona or Munich, thus developing a real openness to the world.
  • 3rd year: specializing and becoming operational. The final year enables students to concentrate on their specialization. They can choose between two routes: the classic route, which consists of a semester on the Paris campus followed by a compulsory 6-month internship in France or abroad, or the apprenticeship route, which offers a full year in a company in France, combining academic training and professional experience.

Professional and specialized skills : In the third year, internships or apprenticeships enable students to specialize in international trade, marketing and business development, finance or management. This immersion in the professional world offers concrete experience where students put their theoretical knowledge into practice, developing specific skills such as financial strategy or supply chain management, making them immediately operational on the job market.

Management skills : From the first two years, students master the basics of business management, marketing, finance and project management. Through case studies and projects, they learn to analyze complex situations, solve problems and work effectively in teams. These foundations are enriched by practical exercises such as negotiation, team management and strategic decision-making.

Intercultural and linguistic skills : Thanks to international exchanges in London, Barcelona or Munich, students are exposed to multicultural environments, developing strong intercultural awareness. Intensive learning of foreign languages, particularly English, enhances their ability to communicate in a global context.

ESCE graduates enter a wide variety of sectors, reflecting the versatility and adaptability of their training. They can work in multinational companies, small and medium-sized businesses, or international organizations, in a variety of positions in fields such as commerce, finance, logistics and management.

Bachelor’s degree in international trade and customs management (work-study)

Students in this specialization will explore the different areas related to International Business, taking into account geopolitical impacts and recent customs agreements. You will learn how to make the most of procurement opportunities and implement sourcing strategies that help create value within the organization.

Customs management encompasses all the formalities required for the legal transit of goods between territories and countries. The procedures and costs involved vary according to the goods to be delivered. Customs management is both logical and complex, based on compliance with international trade law, and subject to standards and recommendations that vary from country to country.

Bachelor Dev commercial & Digital Marketing (work-study)

The International Bachelor Business Development & Digital Marketing specialization prepares students for the various marketing and sales functions in the corporate world.

It enables students to master marketing concepts, methods and tools, particularly in digital marketing, and apply them to marketing strategy and business dynamics.

It also provides a complete overview of the sales process, from prospecting to loyalty building in an international context.

Bachelor Corporate Finance (classic)

This Bachelor Corporate Finance course calls on a multi-disciplinary body of knowledge in the fields of accounting, finance and strategy.

The aim of the Corporate Finance specialization in theInternational Bachelor’s program is to acquire mastery of the methods and tools needed to improve financial performance and increase corporate value, while ensuring that risks are properly managed.

Bachelor International Business (classic)

Students in the International Business specialization of theInternational Bachelor’s program will explore the various fields related to International Business, taking into account the geopolitical impact of European policy and recent customs agreements. They will learn how to make the most of procurement opportunities and implement sourcing strategies that help create value within the organization.

This specialization also enables you to define a digital policy in line with your company’s strategic vision, and master the basics of defining performance indicators.

Bachelor of Organization Management (classic)

It enables students to develop business and cross-disciplinary skills in areas such as entrepreneurship, international management, finance and digital marketing, while also providing third-year students with strategic skills.

The various subjects are well-balanced, so that students can envisage continuing their studies in a specialized field, as well as taking on managerial and operational functions in different structures.

The Organizational Management specialization is also offered as an off-cycle option.

INTERNATIONAL

In 2nd year, ESCE offers its students the chance to immerse themselves in one of three emblematic cities, each offering an enriching cultural and academic experience as well as unique career opportunities.

  • London: 1-2 semesters in a cosmopolitan city. Study in the heart of the lively Marylebone district, right in the center of London. This dynamic campus welcomes students from the OMNES Education group and offers courses in business, finance, engineering and luxury goods, in a multicultural and international city ideal for perfecting your language skills.
  • Barcelona: 1 semester on the Mediterranean. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Barcelona, between the Avinguda Diagonal and the elegant La Bonanova district. This modern campus, home to students of over 100 nationalities, is at the heart of a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem, perfect for enriching your academic experience.
  • Munich: 1 semester at the heart of the German economy. Study in Munich, Germany’s economic capital, on a modern campus facing the famous Theresienwiese. Close to renowned companies such as BMW, Siemens and Porsche, this program offers unique opportunities to connect with industry leaders.

PEDAGOGY

A partnership agreement was signed on September 10, 2018 between ESCE and the “Apprendre Montessori” training organization. The primary objective of Montessori pedagogy is to develop motivation, curiosity, creativity, self-control, self-confidence and autonomy.

Students are assessed on an ongoing basis, either individually or in groups, through case studies, business games, oral presentations, etc.

ESCE’s International Bachelor program offers real professional immersion, with internships and apprenticeship opportunities starting in the first year. Students complete a compulsory 2 to 3-month internship, in France or abroad, to put their knowledge into practice. In the second year, an optional internship or international experience enriches the curriculum. In the third year, students can choose between a 6-month internship or a sandwich course, combining study and work experience. These experiences enable them to develop key skills in a variety of sectors, including management, finance and marketing.

ESCE also supports its students in their search for internships and work-study programs through its Corporate Relations department. This service offers practical tools such as job datings, job boxes and CV coaching sessions. In addition, the school is in contact with over 10,000 partner companies, offering a wide range of professional opportunities. Thanks to this support and its network, ESCE prepares its students to enter the job market with confidence.
